This study aimed to determine the relationship between the dimensions of the organizational climate prevailing in the lawyer's work environment and their relationship to their exposure, leelings, and psychological burnout where these dimensions were; independence, trust, communicqtion, commitment, and contradictionof values.to achieve the objectifs of the syudy, answer their questions and verify its hupotheses, we conducted an exploratory study with the aim of adjusting the study tool, which was the questionnaire to measure the study variables, the questionnaire included 47 statements divided into two variables; the organizational climate variable, which included 25 phrases and the psychological burnout variable which contained 22 statement,and the descriptive. Analytical approach was relied upon for its suitability to the subject of the study, and the study population consisted of all lawyers affiliated with the Setif district council numbering 1280 lawyers. The study sample was randomly selected and amounted to 256 lawyers, representing approximately 20% members of the study population after analyzing the data using the spss statistical program, the study continued as follows; _There is a very weak negative correlation between the dimensions of organizational climate and psychological burnout . _There is a negative relationship between the dimensions of independence and psychological burnout among the Algerian lawyer. _There is no relationship between the trust dimension an psychological burnout among Algerian lawyers. _There is a negative relationship between the dimensions of communication and burnout among the Algerian lawyer. _There is a negative relationship between the commitment dimensions and psychological burnout among lawyers. _There is no relationship between the dimensions of contradiction of values and the psychological burnout of the Algerian lawyer. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي السائدة في بيئة عمل المحامي وعلاقتها بتعرضه وشعره بالاحتراق النفسي حيث تمثلت هذه الأبعاد في (الاستقلالية، الثقة، الاتصال، الالتزام،تناقض القيم) ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها والتحقق من فرضياتها قمنا بدراسة استطلاعية بهدف ضبط أداة الدراسة والتي تمثلت في الاستبان لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، وتضمنت الإستبانة (47) عبارة موزعة على متغيرين هما: متغير المناخ التنظيمي الذي اشتمل على (25) عبارة، ومتغير الاحتراق النفسي الذي ضم (22) عبارة ، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المحامين المنتسبين لمجلس قضاء سطيف والبالغ عددهم (1280 ) محامي ، أما عينة الدراسة فقد تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية حيث بلغت (256)محامي يمثلون تقريبا 20% من أفراد مجتمع الدراسة وبعد تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائيspss توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: ـ وجود علاقة ارتباطيه سلبية ضعيفة جدا بين أبعاد المناخ التنظيمي والاحتراق النفسي ــــــ وجود علاقة سلبية بين بعد الاستقلالية والاحتراق النفسي لدى المحامي الجزائري ومنه ــــ لا توجود أية علاقة بين بعد الثقة والاحتراق النفسي لدى المحامي الجزائري. ــــــ وجود علاقة سلبية بين بعد الاتصال والاحتراق النفسي لدى المحامي الجزائري. وجود علاقة سلبية بعد الالتزام والاحتراق النفسي لدى المحامي الجزائري. ــــ لا توجود أية علاقة بين بعد تناقض القيم والاحتراق النفسي لدى المحامي الجزائري |
